Event Organizing for Clients
Having a competitive advantage, the strength of publicity through the sum of its media, but also the top name of Imako, the company is in a position of planning, proposing, programming, coordinating and implementing multidimensional events each time with a specific philosophy, purpose and public and satisfy the particular needs of each customer.
The planning of events is necessary either because the customer needs, for a specific reason, to organize an event with certain characteristics, e.g. the presentation of a new product, the opening of a new store, a show etc., or because Imako, knowing the profile and position of our customers, is in a position of proposing an event that will completely meet their needs. In cooperation with other large customers, we organize events in order to reinforce their already good reputation, to promote their influence, to contribute to the achievement of their goals and to give even more prestige to their name.
ΙΜΑΚΟ undertakes:
• The creative planning and drafting of the proposal for the organization of the event.
• The presentation of activities-program planning (line up) of the show.
• Proposals for alternative event venues and all preparations, reservations, etc.
• The invitation of Greek and guest artists (if requested, including tickets, stay, meals, transportation, etc.)
• The promotion of the project before and after the event.
• The drafting of the suggested guest list for each event.
• The creative planning of the invitation and envelope, as well as its delivery via courier or by post.
• The telephone support for the guests.
• The creative planning of the branding of the event or the setup of scenery or anything else necessary.
• Sound and picture setups, special effects, fireworks, etc.
• The planning and coordination of the event with the absolute criteria of its success.
• The distribution of Press Announcements and journalism material for all Media, the following day, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of the publicity on behalf of the customer.
