Reclassification of items in Profit and Loss Account for comparability purposes

31.08.2006

The Company proceeded to a reclassification of items in the Profit and Loss Account of the first semester of 2005, and the period of 1/1-31/3/2005 and 1/1-31/3/2006, which resulted in differences between these items and the initially published items in the financial statements. These reclassifications were made so that the results of the above periods are comparable with those of the current period, without modifying the profits before taxes, the profits after taxes and the minority interests, the profits per share, and respectively the net position of the shareholders, as well as the position of the Company and the Group.

More specifically, these reclassifications of items in the Company’s and the Group’s profit and loss account of the first quarter of 2005, the first semester of 2005 and the first quarter of 2006 concerned the following:

In addition, there was an equal increase of the Company’s and the Group’s gross profits.
b. The Company’s and the Group’s sales were increased during the first quarter of 2006 by the amount of 767.675, 13 Euros, due to the transfer of revenues derived from organizations of events from “other revenues” to “turnover”.
