In application of article 275 paragraph 9d of Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange and article 10 paragraph 1 of law 3340/2005, the company IMAKO MEDIA S.A. notifies investors that the ordinary tax audit of fiscal years 2003 & 2004 for any kind of fiscal obligations of Colour Unit S.A., a 65% subsidiary of IMAKO MEDIA S.A., was completed. From the tax audit payable taxes and surcharges of total amount of 12.219,79 Euros resulted.  In the financial statements of fiscal years 2003 and 2004 the amount of 10.000 Euros was provided for and therefore, the difference of 2.219,79 Euros shall be charged in the fiscal year 2006.

In application of article 275 paragraph 9d of Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange and article 10 paragraph 1 of law 3340/2005, the company IMAKO MEDIA S.A. notifies investors that the ordinary tax audit of fiscal years 2003 & 2004 for any kind of fiscal obligations of Colour Unit S.A., a  65% subsidiary company of IMAKO MEDIA S.A., amounting to 12.219,79 Euros, was sufficiently provided for by the financial statements of fiscal years 2003 & 2004 and therefore it shall not entail an additional tax liability for the fiscal year 2006.
