IMAKO MEDIA S.A. notifies the following by a Press Release to Athens Stock Exchange:

IMAKO presents an improvement of the financial results as depicted in the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31st, 2005.

The Company’s turnover amounted to € 35.773.000 compared to € 32.455.000 in the respective period of last year, increased by 10,2%.  The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) present an increase of 32%, amounting to € 2.581.000 compared to € 1.956.000 in the respective period of last year, while the net profits before taxes amounted to € 764.000 compared to € 333.000 in the respective period of last year, increased by 129,3%. Finally, the net profits after taxes amounted to € 1.409.000 in 2005 compared to losses of € 646.000 in 2004.
 
The consolidated turnover amounted to € 38.378.000 in 2005 compared to € 35.336.000 in the respective period of last year, increased by 8,6%. The consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) present a marginal increase of 3%, amounting to € 2.502.000 compared to € 2.432.000 in the respective period of last year, while the consolidated net profits before taxes amounted to € 367.000 compared to € 510.000 in the respective period of last year, decreased by 28%. Finally, the consolidated net profits after taxes amounted to € 888.000 in 2005 compared to losses of € 734.000 in 2004.
