The Company IMAKO MEDIA S.A., pursuant to article 2 of 5/204/2000 Decision of the Capital Market Commission and article 6, paragraph 1d of law Ν.3340/2005, regarding a publication published on the newspaper “At the nail of the Weekend” on Saturday, February 18th, 2006, notifies to the investing public the following:
 
In the context of our obligation for correct and direct information of the investing public, particularly when said public is endangered to be misled by third parties’ publications and disseminations which do  not correspond to reality, our company denies expressly and categorically the total contents of the particular publication entitled “Giants’ agreement” which refers to an important agreement in the field of magazines, expected to be signed in the following weeks; more specifically we deny the allegations that the company of Petros Kostopoulos IMAKO MEDIA is at one step from the cooperation or “the marriage” with ATTICA PUBLICATIONS of Theoharis Filippopoulos.
