The Company IMAKO MEDIA S.A., pursuant to article 2 of Decision of  5/204/2000 of the Capital Market Commission, article 6, paragraph 1d of law 3340/2005 as well as articles 281, 285, 302 of Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, in respect of publication of the newspaper “SATURDAY’S FREE PRESS” (ELEYTHEROTYPIA TOY SAVVATOU) on February 18th, 2006 with a first page title  “Companies listed on Athens Stock Exchange outside of audit scope”, continuing on pages 26,47 under title “ The listed companies are not tax audited” , notifies the investing public that the Company has been tax audited until the fiscal year of 2003 and not the fiscal year of 2001 as incorrectly is mentioned in said publication.
