IMAKO MEDIA S.A. announces the following in respect of the developments in the affiliated company:
 
On February 20th, 2006 the Repeated Ordinary General Meeting  of the Shareholders of EUROFORMS PRINTED INFORMATION S.A., unanimously decided the increase of the Company’s share capital. More specifically, 137.500 new common registered shares shall be issued with nominal value of € 3 each and disposition price of € 11,50 each. 

IMAKO shall participate in the above increase by 15%, a percentage which concerns its participation in EUROFORMS PRINTED INFORMATION S.A.

After the abovementioned increase of the share capital, IMAKO shall still own 15% of EUROFORMS PRINTED INFORMATION S.A.
