IMAKO MEDIA S.A. announces the following in respect of the developments in its subsidiary company P. Ekdotiki S.A.:

On January 19th, 2006 the increase of the share capital of the subsidiary company P. Ekdotiki S.A. was completed, as decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting  of December 30th, 2005. More specifically, 68.028 new shares of nominal value of € 2,94 each and disposition price of € 2,94 each shall be issued. IMAKO subscribed for all newly issued shares.

After the abovementioned increase of the share capital, IMAKO shall still own 100% of the P. Ekdotiki S.A.
