IMAKO MEDIA S.A. announces the following in respect of the developments in its subsidiary company P. Ekdotiki S.A.:
 
On December 30th, 2005 the Extraordinary General Meeting  of the shareholders of P. Ekdotiki S.A. decided the increase of the share capital of the subsidiary company.  More specifically, 68.028 new shares of nominal value of € 2,94 each and disposition price of € 2,94 each shall be issued. IMAKO shall subscribe for all newly issued shares.

After the abovementioned increase of the share capital, IMAKO shall still own 100% of the P. Ekdotiki S.A.
