The Company IMAKO MEDIA S.A. by a press release to Athens Stock Exchange notifies the following:

Increase of Profits during the Nine-Month Period of 2005

IMAKO presents an improvement of the financial results as depicted in the Nine-Month financial statements 2005.

The Company’s turnover for the period of 1/1 -30/09/2005 amounted to € 23.298.000 compared to € 22.996.000 in the respective period of last year, marginally increased by 1,3%.  The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) present an increase of 16,40%, amounting to  € 2.406.000 compared to € 2.067.000 in the respective period of last year, while the net profits before taxes amounted to € 1.151.000 compared to € 925.000 in the respective period of last year, increased by 24,4%. Finally, the net profits after taxes amounted to € 1.415.000 in 2005 compared to € 285.000 in 2004, increased by 396%.

The Nine-Month 2005 consolidated turnover amounted to € 25.015.000 compared to € 25.205.000 in the respective period of last year, marginally decreased by 0,75%. The consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) present a marginal increase of 1,5%, amounting to € 2.642.000 compared to € 2.602.000 in the respective period of last year, while the consolidated net profits before taxes amounted to € 1.132.000 compared to € 1.177.000 in the respective period of last year, decreased by 3,8%. Finally, the consolidated net profits after taxes amounted to € 1.286.000 in 2005 compared to € 297.000 in 2004, increased by 333%.
