IMAKO MEDIA SA announces the entering into a long term strategic cooperation with the newly incorporated in Greece subsidiary company of  Win plc, Win South East Europe SA, in the fields of  Mobile Marketing, Wireless Data Services and Mobile Content. The two companies shall cooperate for the development of their activities in Greece and the wider area of Balkans.
 
The activity of the department Imako Interactive shall now be exclusively provided by Win South East Europe SA. Imako Media SA has transferred to Win South East Europe SA fixed assets, directly related to the operation of the department Imako Interactive, internally developed software and know-how for the total price of  €1.062.693.
