ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT OF 0,03 EUROSFOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2004
 
It is announced to the Shareholders of the Anonymous Company named “IMAKO MEDIA ΑNONYMOUS COMPANY OF MEANS OF MASS INFORMATION” that the Ordinary General Meeting  of June 21st, 2005 declared the payment of dividend of 0,03 Euros per share for the fiscal year 2004.

The shareholders registered in the Company’s Shareholders Register upon the end of the meeting of Athens Stock Exchange on July 1st, 2005, are entitled to the dividend payment. From July 4th, 2005 the shares shall be traded on Athens Stock Exchange without the right of dividend payment for the fiscal year 2004.
 
For better and quicker service of the Shareholders the dividend payment shall be made through National Bank of Greece network of offices.  The Shareholders may collect the dividend for the fiscal year 2004 from any branch of the National Bank of Greece from Friday July 15th, 2005 until July 15th, 2006, by producing their identity card and the printing of particulars of the code number of investor account (K.A.M.E.) in the system of intangible titles, their Tax Identification Number (AFM) and Tax Office (DOY).
 
A third party may collect the dividend, provided that it produces a relevant authorization, including the full particulars of the person entitled to the dividend payment and the person authorized to collect it, the signature having been authenticated by a competent authority.
 
The Institutional Investors, the Banks and the securities companies, on their own account or on account of their clients who have authorized them to collect the dividend payment, may address the Corporate Acts and Underwritings Department of the Office of Financial Institutions Service of the above bank.  (I.
