The Board of Directors of the Company named  IMAKO MEDIA S.A., in application of the obligations under article 4 of the 5/204/14-11-2000 decision of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, regarding companies listed on Athens Stock Exchange, in respect of  "obligations of notification of Board of Directors’ resolutions for change of members of the Board of Directors and superior managing executives", notified that by the resolution dated April 6th, 2005 the Financial Manager and Vice-President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Michael Karis, has undertaken the additional duties of the Company’s General Manager.
