The Board of Directors of the Company named IMAKO MEDIA S.A. in application of the obligations under article 4 of the 5/204/14-11-2000 decision of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, regarding companies listed on Athens Stock Exchange, in respect of  "obligations of notification of resolutions of change of members of the Board of Directors and superior managing executives", notifies that by its resolution dated March 10th, 2005 Ms. Eleytheria Soimiri undertook the duties of the Company’s Commercial Manager, replacing Mr. Dimitrios Argyropoulos. Until a newer announcement, Mr. Dimitrios Argyropoulos shall remain a member of the Board of Directors.
