ANNOUNCEMENT TO ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE

IMAKO MEDIA S.A. informs the investing public by a Press Release to Athens Stock Exchange as follows:

IMAKO MEDIA S.A., upon a Board of Directors resolution, proceeded to the acquisition of 30% of the share capital of the subsidiary company P. Ekdotiki S.A., which until now was owned by the minority shareholder Mr. Dionysios Vitsos, for the total amount of 10.000 Euros.

After said acquisition IMAKO MEDIA S.A. participation percentage in the subsidiary company P. Ekdotiki S.A. amounts to 100%.
