IMAKO MEDIA S.A. informs the investing public by a Press Release to Athens Stock Exchange as follows:
The subsidiary company Powernet S.A., which is under liquidation proceedings, proceeded to the sale of   100% of its participation shares in the company Lawnet S.A. After the sale of the shares, the procedures for the final write-off of the company under liquidation, Powernet S.A., from the Anonymous Companies Register, are immediately completed, as all of its assets and liabilities are liquidated.
