Reclassification of entries of Results Statement for the Nine Months of 2005, as well as of the period 1/7-30/9/2005, 1/10-31/12/2005 and 1/1-31/12/2005

The Company has proceeded to a reclassification of entries of the Results Statement of the Nine Months of 2005, as well as of the period 1/7-30/9/2005, 1/10-31/12/2005 and 1/1-31/12/2005, resulting in variation from the initial published financial statements.
These reclassifications were done in order to be able to compare the results with those of the current period without however bearing any change in the net profits before taxes, in the profits after taxes and minority vote rights, in the Profits per share and respectively in the net position of the shares of the Company as well as of the Group. More specifically these entry reclassifications in the results statement of the Nine Months of 2005, of the third and fourth quarter of 2005, as well as of the 2005 fiscal year, of the Company and of the Group pertained to the following:
a. The sales of the Company and of the Group increased during the third quarter 2005, by the amount of 167,687.34 Euro and 166,511.00 Euro respectively and the nine months of 2005, by the amount of 544,386.00 Euro and 543,209.66 Euro respectively, due to transfer of revenue from the Organization of exhibits, from the other revenue, in the turnover. In addition, increases of equal amounts were seen in the gross profits of the Company as well of the Group.
b. The sales of the Company increased, during the fourth quarter 2005 by the amount of 710,098.22 Euro, of which 374,347.50 Euro pertains to revenue from the organization of exhibits and an amount of 335,750.72 Euro pertains to revenue from production of photography for literature, and for the fiscal year 2005 by the amount of 1,254,484.22 Euro, of which 917,557.16 Euro pertains to revenue from the organization of exhibits and the amount 336,927.06 Euro pertains to revenue from the production of photography for literature, due to transfer of said revenue from the other revenue, in the turnover. In addition, increases of equal amounts were seen in the gross profits of the Company.
c. The sales of the Group increased, during the fourth quarter 2005 by the amount of 374,347.50 Euro and fiscal year 2005 by the amount of 917,557.16 Euro, due to a transfer of revenue from the Organization of exhibits, from the other revenue, in the turnover. In addition, increases of equal amounts were seen in the gross profits of the Group.
Detailed report for the above reclassifications will be analytically included in the Notes on the Summary Financial Statements of the period ending 30 September 2006, as well as in the Notes on the Annual Financial Statements of the 2006 fiscal year, which will be posted on the Company website http://www.imako.gr., immediately with their publication.
