It is being announced that today, 30.08.2007 , as a company shareholder, Mr. Petros Kostopoulos provided a written statement to the Company claiming that on 30.08.2007 (date of the change of percentage) 1,734,699 common registered shares were acquired by him, following the Company’s share capital increase by €13,774,785.12 with the issue of 4,004,298 new registered shares, as was decided by the 1^st Repeat General Meeting on 30/05/2007.  Previous to this company act, Mr. Petros Kostopoulos held 1,677,235 company shares, that is 60.32%.  Today, after the abovementioned company action, Mr. Petros Kostopoulos now holds 3,411,934 common registered company shares and 50.29% of the company’s total share capital, as well as 0.033% of the voting rights.
