It is hereby announced that the company FIRST EUROPEAN RETAIL CORP. (indirect participation) through KINCANNON TRADING Ltd, which is controlled by the aforementioned first company, has informed the Company by a relevant letter dated as of 31.08.2007 that on 30.08.2007 (date of participation percentage change /transaction date), following participation of KINCANNON TRADING Ltd in the share capital increase by payment in cash (by abolishing the pre-emptive right of old shareholders in favor of KINCANNON TRADING Ltd and the Chairman and Managing Director of IMAKO MEDIA S.A., Mr. Petros Kostopoulos) of IMAKO MEDIA S.A., the total participation percentage of FIRST EUROPEAN RETAIL CORP. (through KINCANΝON TRADING Ltd), on the grounds of article 9 of Law 3556/30.04.2007, on the total voting rights of IMAKO MEDIA S.A., has risen from 0,00% to 33,45%.
Today, KINCANΝON TRADING Ltd, which is a company controlled by FIRST EUROPEAN RETAIL CORP., is expected to hold a total of 2.269.599 shares issued by ΙΜΑΚΟ MEDIA S.A. which constitutes a percentage amounting to 33,45% of the total capital share of IΜΑΚΟ MEDIA S.A.
