Following the completion of the share capital increase by payment in cash and abolishment of the old shareholders’ preemption rights decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders holding common registered shares that took place on 30.5.2007, the Company announces, pursuant to article 9 para. 5 of Law 3556/2007, that the company’s share capital amounts to 2,171,215.36 euros, divided into 6,785,048 common registered shares, with a nominal value of 0.32 euros each. The new shares that resulted from the share capital increase were credited to the quotas and securities accounts of Shareholders at the Dematerialized Securities System and were listed on the ASE on 30.8.2007. Each Company share grants on voting right.
