IMAKO MEDIA S.A. hereby announces that it has drafted a Prospectus, in accordance with the provisions of article 287, par. 2 of the ASE Regulation and decision number 33/2005 of the BoD of the ASE, containing all the information required for the acquisition of the entire share package issued by RADIOPLIROFORIKI G. PAPAPOLITIS MME S.A.
