In accordance with article 2, par. 2e, decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Commission, as valid, IMAKO MEDIA S.A. hereby notifies a change in the Company’s BoD, following the resignation of Board Member Athanasios Papachristos submitted on 24.09.2007. The Company’s Board of Directors convened on 25.09.2007 and after accepting the resignation of Athanasios Papachristou elected Konstantinos Koutsoubelis, Private Employee, as the new member of the BoD replacing the resigned member.  Following the election, the BoD met for the first time at the same meeting of 25^th September 2007 as follows: 

1. Petros Kostopoulos, son of Pantazis, executive member, President and Chief Executive Officer
2. Maria Grapsa, daughter of Theodoros, executive member, 1^st Vice-President
3. Michalakis Karis, son of Christos, executive member, 2^nd Vice-President
4. Konstantinos Koutsoubelis, son of Stylianos, executive member, Member 
5. Giorgos Pelekanakis, son of Dimitrios, independent non executive member, Member
6. Michail Tsibris, son of Rigas, independent non executive member, Member

The election of the new member, Konstantinos Koutsoubelis, in replacement of the reigned member, Athanasios Papachristos, shall be confirmed by the next General Assembly of the Company.
