It is hereby announced that FIRST EUROPEAN RETAIL CORP. (indirect holding), through KINCANNON TRADING Ltd, which is controlled by the former, informed the Company today, in a letter dated 25.09.2007, that it sold 52,992 shares on 24.09.2007 (date of change of percentage/ transaction).
Prior to the above sale, KINCANNON TRADING Ltd, which is controlled by FIRST EUROPEAN RETAIL CORP., held 2,269,599 Company shares i.e. 33.45%.
Today, following the above sale, KINCANÍON TRADING Ltd, which is controlled by FIRST EUROPEAN RETAIL CORP., holds 2,216,607 of the common nominal shares of the Company and a 32.67% of the total share capital, as well as a corresponding 32.67% of voting rights.
