IMAKO MEDIA S.A. hereby informs investors, according to its obligation deriving from par. 3 of article 27 of L. 3556/2007, entitled “Interim Provisions” for the issuers of companies listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, that no announcement of any essential modification has been made to the company, with reference to the percentage of voting rights and the capital held by the company, pursuant to articles 9, 10 and 11 of the aforementioned law, as provided by par. 2 of such article, apart from those which were made public after the effective date of such law.
