Imako Media S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3340/2005 and article 2 of the Capital Market Decision No 3/347/12-7-2005, the setup and establishment of a new subsidiary company with the distinctive title STAR PRINT S.A., having as object the trading and productive activity in the printing area, the publication and operation of magazines, newspapers, books and any sort of printed media of generic or specific content, and the design, editing and production of such media, the involvement in the area of graphic arts for the publication of books, works and any sort of printed matter, in general, the editing of any sort of publications, the performance of any sort of printing, publishing, lithographic and book-binding activity, and generally, all kind of works related to graphic arts.
The seat of the new company is in the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, Attica.
The newly-established company has a share capital of 200,000 euros, divided into 200,000 shares with a nominal value of one (1) euro each.  Shareholders of the newly-established company are the 99.95% owned subsidiary IKO PRESS S.A. with a share of 38.1%, the 65% owned subsidiary COLOUR UNIT S.A. with a share of 12% and Mr. Kontalipos Periklis, a person with great experience and expertise in the publishing and printing area, with a share of 49.9%.
The subscription of both subsidiaries in the company’s share capital shall be realized with own funds.
