ollowing the notification of the Company to Athens Stock Exchange dated 20.11.2007, regarding the change in the usage of capital raised, the company, for the purpose of fully informing both the supervisory authorities and the investing public, announces that the said change concerns the capital raised as a result of the increase in the share capital of the Company following the cash payment of €13,774,785.12 .   Specifically, the above-mentioned increase in the share capital was adopted at the First  Repeat General Meeting of Shareholders on 30.05.2007, which was approved by decision no. K2-9144/15-6-2007 of the Minister of Development, while the Prospectus regarding the increase in share capital of the Company was approved by the Administrative Board of the Stock Exchange Committee on 09/08/2007.
