mako Media S.A. hereby announces that the tax audit of its subsidiary company P. EKDOTIKI S.A. for fiscal years 2003 to 2006 has been completed.
The books and records kept were judged to be correct and sufficient, and no evidence discounting their validity has been found. Duties and surcharges worth €11,406.27 have arisen from the tax audit; the said amount will be charged to the subsidiary company’s financial results for year 2007.
