IMAKO MEDIA SA and INFO SUCCESS EVENT ORGANISERS SA announce their collaboration through the establishment of a Joint Venture under the trade name "ORGANISATION OF EXHIBITIONS OF CARS AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS". The purpose of the Joint Venture is to organize the car exhibition “Aftokinisi 2008” and the exhibition of spare parts and special car accessories “Autotechnica-Autho technology 2008”, which will take place in November 2008. The Joint Venture’s capital is determined at €10,000. IMAKO will participate in the Joint Venture’s capital by 25% and INFO SUCCESS by 75%. The term of the Joint Venture is determined for the period that the above exhibitions take place until final settlement of its accounts.
