ΙΜΑΚΟ MEDIA SA, following its announcement on 06/29/07 on the “payment of capital return”,  informs Shareholders that as of October 1st the distribution of capital return to Shareholders, as approved by decision of the 1st Repeat Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders on May 30th, will be performed at the company’s offices at 41-45 Marinou Antypa Street, Neo Herakleio.
For the collection of the capital return, Shareholders must produce their ID, their VAT and optionally a copy of their entry in the Book Entry System (print provided by their operator). Third parties may collect the capital return, provided that they produce, other than the above, a power of attorney with the beneficiary’s full information, certified for the signature’s authenticity by a Police or other competent authority.
