Imako Media S.A, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (art. 3 (XVI) (XXII) and art. 21) along with the provisions of article 11 of Capital Market Commission’s decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular no. 33 and Capital Market Commission’s decision 3/347/12.07.2005, and having been informed by Mr. Petros Kostopoulos on 17/10/2008, liable under art. 13 of Law 3340/2005, announces that Mr. Petros Kostopoulos proceeded on 17/10/2008 to the purchase of 1.102 common registered shares of the company of a total value of EUR 1.169,72.
