In application of article 4.1.3.1, paragraph ib, of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, the company IMAKO MEDIA S.A. notifies investors that the tax audit for the fiscal year 2005-2006 of the subsidiary company COLOUR UNIT S.A. was completed, for any kind of tax obligations based on the final settlement of account in compliance with the provisions of L.3697/2008.
The taxes payable that arose from the tax audit amounted to 4.377,48 Euro. Considering that the provision for differences of tax audit as estimated during the fiscal year 2005-2006 amounted to the total sum of 17.000,00 Euros, the difference of 12.622,52 Euros shall be credited to the fiscal year 2008.
