In application of article 4.1.3.1, par. l, Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, IMAKO MEDIA S.A. hereby notifies investors that the tax audit of NITRO MUSIC S.A., which is undergoing liquidation, for financial years 2003-2005 has been completed, with respect to any tax obligations on the basis of the clearance note issued in accordance with the provisions of Law 3697/2008. The tax audit gave rise to taxes payable totalling €1,972.58. Given that the company has made provisions for tax audit differences, the total amount of €1,972.58 shall be charged to the results for year 2008.
