IMAKO MEDIA S.A. hereby informs investors and its shareholders that the Board of Directors of subsidiary “STAR PRINT S.A.” has decided to increase its share capital by €200,000.00 through a cash payment and the issuance of 200,000 nominal shares with a nominal value of €1 each.  The said increase shall be covered entirely by the existing shareholders, with the exception of Pericles Kontalipos who waived his right in favour of Vaggelis Papathanasopoulos and Musk Holding S.A. with registered office in the Marshall Islands.
As a consequence, following the payment of €200,000, the share capital amounts to €400,000; with the participation of 99.95% subsidiary IKO PRESS S.A. (38.1%), 65% subsidiary COLOUR UNIT S.A. (12%), Mr Pericles Kontalipos (16.95%), Mr Evaggelos Papathanasopoulos (16.47%) and Musk Holding S.A. (16.48%).
