In conformance to article 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, Imako Media S.A. announces the conclusion of an ordinary tax audit for fiscal years 2006 and 2007. The above mentioned audit resulted in additional taxes of euro 160.305 which will impact the current year.
